Delivery Time

Our estimated delivery time is between 2 – 15 days depending on where the order was placed from. You will receive your order anywhere from 2 – 15 business days from the date that it is shipped out, not necessarily from the date that it is placed.

SHIPMENT PROCESSING TIME

After your payment is verified, most orders are processed and shipped within 1-3 business days. However, if we are experiencing an extremely high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed. Orders may not be shipped on weekends or holidays. If you order on a Friday, your order will likely be shipped out on the following Monday.

You will receive the shipping confirmation email as soon as your order is shipped. Please note that some items are shipped separately, and you may receive your order in multiple packages. In case you will receive more than one package, we will provide you with an individual tracking number for each package.

Our Logistics Service

We ship internationally via DHL, UPS and FedEx, or we will ship by sea, if the order is over 45 kilograms, depending on your location.

Customs & Taxes

Local and import taxes may apply in some countries and are not included in the displayed amount. The purchaser or recipient of the cargo is responsible for all such taxes and duties. Our products are sold all over the world, and we cannot guarantee that they comply with the import regulations of each country.
